The health retreat is located in OCEAN GROVE on the Bellarine Peninsular one of the Victoria’s premier surf beach resort towns. OCEAN GROVE is an easy 75 minute drive from Melbourne (100km). It is one of the most well located health retreats in Victoria.

Collendina Beach

The long stretches of white sandy beach are ideal for walking and safe for swimming; weather permitting. The climate is moderate with an average temperate in summer and winter between 15- 25 degrees.

Seascape Retreat

The health retreat is set on a large house block and is located 800 metres from the beach. The house has been architecturally designed to take in 180 degree views over the sand dunes to the Collendina Beach. It has reverse cycle air conditioning and heating to ensure the ideal temperature.

The Retreat is designed to allow you to rejuvenate mind, body and soul in the pure ocean air.

Accommodation

Seascape is a boutique health retreat and caters for 3-4 people. The house has two private bedrooms sharing a master bathroom downstairs and a large twin share bedroom upstairs with ensuite. The twin share bedroom has a large glass sliding door with balcony access overlooking the sand dunes to the ocean. Relax in the well-appointed lounge, gazing at stunning views, whilst listening to music or select a book or magazine from the library.  

Bedrooms all have linen provided, personal television, DVD player, fan, heater and electric blanket, hairdryer, 2 bath towels and a face flannel. There is an open plan kitchen for food preparation, a workout area overlooking the sand dunes and a courtyard with spa, sauna and cold shower, fringed by citrus trees.

About the Health Retreat

Seascape Health Retreat is affiliated with Kangaroo Island Health Retreat and offers the moderate cleanse and rejuvenation program. The program has been developed over 25+ years and is tailored to achieve optimal well-being. 

The Retreat is operated by Dayle McCarthy a qualified Nutritionist and daughter of Sue McCarthy the owner and operator of Kangaroo Island Health Retreat. Dayle has worked with Sue and grown up with the program. Prior to completing an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and opening the retreat in 2008, Dayle spent 12 years working in Institutional Banking in both Australia and the UK and has an excellent understaning of the difficulties in maintaining health and fitness with a busy lifestyle. The program is designed with this in mind and teaches you the skills necessary for optimal health once you return home. Sue McCarthy, the developer of the program, has been operating Health Retreats for 27 years teaching well-being to tens of thousands of people, helping them with weight loss, de-stressing, to quit smoking and alcohol while gaining renewed vitality and fitness.
