Car: Take the Princess Freeway to Geelong, continue along Melbourne Road and follow the directions to Ocean Grove.
Distance: 1 hour 15 mins from Melbourne (100 km)

Train & Coach: Runs daily from Melbourne to Geelong with connecting buses to Ocean Grove at the terminal

Fly: Avalon Airport is located 45 mins from Ocean Grove. Jetstar flys to Avalon from Sydney and Brisbane and has a shuttle service to Geelong terminal  http://www.avalonairportshuttle.com.au with connecting buses to Ocean Grove. Ferry Service: Hourly ferry services run from Queenscliff (10 mins from Ocean Grove) to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula

What Ocean Grove has to offer:

Ocean Grove is situated on the southern coast of the Bellarine Peninsula, separated by the Barwon River from its twin coastal town of Barwon Heads.

Coastal attractions include beaches and several walking tracks that offer good views along the ocean. Ocean Grove's main surf beach is surrounded by lawns, native gardens and bollards carved and painted into people depicting the life and times of the area. The Barwon River, near the river mouth, offers safe and sheltered swimming along its sandy shoreline.

Much of Ocean Grove is spread over the undulating hills and valleys which characterise this section of the Bellarine Peninsula, giving good views to the ocean and of the surroundings.

Blue Waters Lake, Ocean Grove Nature Reserve and the Begola Wetlands are major inland attractions at the bottom of the town's valleys which feature walking tracks and a collection of birdlife.
